My name is KeyVonna Taylor. I was born and raised in Saginaw, MI. I currently reside in the metro-Detroit area. As a 2017 graduate from Oakland University I obtained a Bachelors in Journalism with a minor in Communication.

 

My desire is positively inspire others! My academic and professional experiences over the past couple years have especially, helped me to better realize this, and my interests and passions. I'm naturally a writer, but I also have a heart for helping others and mentoring youth, an interest in the nonprofit-sector, as well as, physical fitness and track and field.

 

I ran track for eight years, starting in high school. I had the opportunity to run track at OU from 2015-2017 as a long sprinter. It took a lot of determination to get there, but I made it. I want others know that with hard work they can accomplish anything as well. I believe that "words have the power to impact and influence others."

 

With that being said, I decided to exercise my interest in writing by starting my blog, Inspire by K. Taylor in 2017 as a platform to connect with others. My mission is to inspire, encourage, and motivate others right where they are.
